Light Sculpture |
These are works completed over many
years. Many are in use today, others have been sold and are
being displayed or used by others. Many years ago, I made these
as gifts for lighting consulting customers, left as a signature
card for completed projects. This led to a couple of gallery
showings and sales. This collection shows the progression from
simple tensile structures soldered from electrical wire, to the
more robust products I make today using more sophisticated
methods accumulated over 30 years of effort. |

Custom Integrated Design |
This is an example of a customer
project involving design of lighting, interior details and
furniture as an integrated package. |

Industrial Design |
This is an example of an industrial
project that has nothing to do with building or lighting, but
encompassed much of the same process and thinking. |

Pen and Ink Art |
I've applied pen and ink to art as
well as graphics for 35 years. These two are my favorites from
over 30 years ago. |

Computer Generated Art |
I started my professional career as
a graphic artist, and have tapped into that love of drawing, and
extended it into use of computers, from photo manipulation to
illustration. These are just a very tiny sampling. |

Painted Works |
I am not a painter, but have
produced a few as exploration and for other purposes. I mostly
resort to painting when there is no other way to communicate and
idea that pops into my head. |

Writing and Humor |
This is a small collection of writing
outside editorial content, including humor in the form of
poetry. |

Really Old Work |
Some sketches from my oldest
surviving sketchbook. These are 35 years old or older, and
reflect the times we lived in as much as my personal passions of
the day. |

Other stuff that passes for art in
some fashion. Includes painting, furniture, some odd vehicles.
